How to make a claim

Claiming is quick and easy with Now Health. All you need to do is use our secure online portfolio, where you can make a claim and track any on-going claims with ease. We aim to process all claims within five working days.

If we have placed a payment guarantee with you, or you have used our outpatient direct billing network to access treatment, you don’t actually need to do anything else.

Paid for medical treatment and want reimbursement for your costs?

If you have found yourself in a position where you had to pay for treatment and you now want to claim those expenses back, all you need to do is make a claim and we will process it within five working days.

Outpatient claims and inpatient claims under USD 500 / EUR 400 / GBP 300

If your claim is for less than the amounts stated, all you need to do is complete the front of the claim form and email, post or fax it to us alongside your scanned receipt.

Please note that the amounts are per period of cover, per medical condition and per insured person.

Outpatient claims and inpatient claims over USD 500 / EUR 400 / GBP 300

For claims over the amount stated, you also need to fill in the front of the claim form and send us your receipts. However, you will also need to get your medical practitioner to complete the back and we will require copies of your diagnostic reports and discharge reports as well.

Completing writable PDFs

You will need to download the latest Acrobat Reader. You can use the free version, however you will not be able to save the form, thus you will need to print it off and complete before sending anything to us.

Our network of providers is extensive and growing all of the time. Our team of experts has carefully sourced all providers and are always on hand should you be wondering where to get the best care once you leave the UK. All you need to do is call our customer service team or, if require out patient treatment and have chosen our direct billing or nil excess option, you can access treatment within our network of providers without having to pay a penny.
